Figs x Lifestyle: 3 useful apps for #dublife

For the past year, I’ve more or less found my go to apps for a bunch of different services. Let me know yours in the comments below!

1. Washmen Рpick and drop dry cleaning app.

Got a stain on that shirt you love, or massive piles of laundry? Don’t be like me and leave it all bunched up, hidden behind your door and then sort it out like 52 months later. Washmen is Dubai and Abu Dhabi based. They have a pick and drop off delivery service, where items are picked up within 30 mins to 1.5 hrs, depending on the option you choose. The first option is the classic order where everything is customizable to your liking. The second option is the INSTA-ORDER which is the fastest way to place an order, plus it saves your desired settings for future orders.

Prices start as low as AED 7 for cleaning and pressing a top. They also have all you can wash bags (AED 65), see gallery above.

For IOS and Android.

Disclaimer: I was given app credit by Washmen but my opinions remain unbiased and honest.

2. Entertainer – discount app.

Spending too much money? Get this app and go bogo (buy 1 get 1 free) on literally anything: restaurants, spas, hotel rooms, random excursions (desert safaris, escape rooms etc), even discounts on retail stores. I’ve saved so much money from this app (and maybe spent a little bit of it along the way, what can I say, I love a good deal :p). Best thing is that the app constantly updates with new promotions and offers.

The Dubai 2018 app is currently priced at AED 395.

For IOS and Android.

3. Visa Explore – online ordering through Zomato and other Visa deals.

The number one thing I spend money on is food, no regrets tho. The best thing about online ordering is the discounts. The Visa Explore app is seriously a gem, partnered with Zomato’s online ordering service. They normally have discounts running on most places (eg 10% – 40%). You can save your favorite orders and get live tracking through both the app and your registered mobile number.

For IOS and Android.
