The best way to catch up with my sister/smol fig is well over food (and dessert XD), it’s Thursday night and to Poco Loco we head.
Loved the fact that I didn’t have to wait for my super sour raspberry margarita to melt.
Normally when it comes to South American eateries either their small plates (antojitos) are small or enough to feed the entire table, surprisingly Poco Loco falls into the latter!
Classic small plates (or like huge starters): nachos (definitely a fast favorite, those pinto beans coated in sour cream and cheese tho), guacamole (purple tortilla chips for the win), watermelon salad (a spicy rendition) and grilled corn on the cob (a tad hard to eat, being on the cob and all but that chipotle glaze made up for it)!
Favorites from the taco tasting platter were: roasted lamb and the spicy beef skirt steak.
Ended the meal with warm crispy churros dipped in chocolate sauce and a pot of lemongrass ginger tea which equals to a Thursday night well spent.
